Katrina Keyes CEO, President of K Strategies featured in an inspiring story written by the Dallas Business Journal

Many minority business owners struggle to access capital when launching their companies, but Katrina Keyes said she got her start in part because she switched to a smaller bank. 

Keyes is the CEO of K Strategies, one of the largest public relations firms in the North Texas area, according to research by the Dallas Business Journal. Keyes had a winding journey to success but said that two things that helped her grow her business were mentorship and getting access to capital through a banking relationship.

M/WBE Programs Expert Veronica Murphy Will Lead Diversity Department

In this new role, Murphy joins the senior leadership team to help lead the diversity program services department for the company. She will be vital in developing innovative strategies and solutions to enhance our Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Programs for major construction projects. Murphy will oversee clients and employees in our diversity services department, as well as support key business development efforts.
